Barbara Moniuszko grew up in Poland and came to United States in 1994. Currently she resides in West Suburbs. She obtained her Certificate and Associate Degree in Accounting from Triton College and later her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from DeVry University. Her passion was always Real Estate and that is why she decided to become a full-time Real Estate professional. She is involved in Real Estates since 1998 and is very familiar with Chicagoland. She is member of Illinois Association of Realtors. She is also very familiar with property management. For some period of time she was involved with business brokerage, where she learned a lot about selling and buying.  

She speaks fluent English and Polish. She understands Czech, Russian and Ukrainian. Prior to joining Baird & Warner she was in a management position and later was working as a Realtor at Brand Central Homes. Barbara decided to join Baird & Warner one of the most respected and trusted real estate companies in the area because of their reputation and professionalism. She is serving buyers, first-time buyers, sellers, investors and people who are relocating. She is experienced in foreclosures, short sales and expert on rehabs. She is great negotiator.
